Re: The youtube app...what on earth happened?
Hi. If you go to Your Account settings and flick right several times there is a Help/support button. Double-tap this and there's a place to type in what the issue is. I would maybe write a summary outside of the YouTube app like in notes or an Email and then copy/paste it into this field. but this is due to my not being extremely fast and accurate on the on screen keyboard and not wanting to make mistakes and accidentally send the feedback. There doesn't t seem to be a specific address associated with this form, so maybe putting something in the first line about Voice Over accessibility would help. Re: The youtube app...what on earth happened?
Hi, Shermeen. Unfortunately, YouTube, in their infinite wisdom, made this change several updates ago. If you look at your subscription tab you can see the videos and which channel has posted them, but this only works for those channels to which you've already subscribed. As far as I can tell, there's no way to find out what channel has posted a video until you double-tap and start playing the video, or even the ad if there is one. While on the video player screen, swipe right to the expand description button and double-tap it, you can see the channel name, as well as a brief summary of the video. You can also swipe right past the expand description button and the name of the channel is there and is a button you can double-tap on to get more information or see other videos posted by that channel.
