Hi Amy,

I would wait a little while, once Apple hopefully fixes this phone/answering
calls bug and the problems with external bluetooth keyboards I think you should
definitely upgrade since eventually iOS 9 on your 4S maybe a better experience
than iOS 8.x.

Hello All,

Just a quick note to those of you who are still using iTunes 11.

The time has come to say goodbye. That is to say, if you update your
phone
to iOS 9, you will need to update to iTunes 12.x in order to manage the
phone on your computer.

While I do miss my beloved iTunes SideBar, I must admit that iTunes 12,
in
some ways, feels a little more responsive and works better for me, on
Windows, via ZoomText.

Still, iTunes will never be the same without that SideBar, so to speak
(sad
smile).

Considering the fairly serious bugs reported, I'll be in no hurry to
upgrade?) to iOS 9 anytime soon so I'll continue to enjoy the sidebar of
iTunes 11. We're of the same mind regarding the sidebar. With a bit of
vision and ZoomText, I think the sidebar saves a lot of time. but I'll bid
it adieu when I feel iOS 9 is ready for primetime and I decide to upgrade.
