Re: How to write "don't" using flexy? and other questions

2013-02-24 Thread Charles Dean
Hi,
To type contractions like done, or can't, just type them in. The word be typed
with the apostrophe. If it doesn't show up as the first word do a one finger
swipe down to go through the selections.

To type a an email, type your subject then do a two finger swipe down to add a
line and start typing your message body. When you have finished what you want
to email, do a two finger swipe up to enter the menu. Now select email. You can
now do any corrections and fill in the to field with the iphones normal
keyboard and send your email.

How to write "don't" using flexy? and other questions

2013-02-24 Thread Tara Prakash
dear all. How do you write "don't" or other words with apostrophe sign
such as "what's that?"

Secondly, What is the best way of sending emails using this program? I
once tried by typing some text and choosing email from the menu. What
I could understand was that the text I typed in flexie was put in the
subject line. In the box for message body, I could hear "type with
Flexy" but did not know how to use that feature. So your suggestions
for using this program for sending emails are required.

With regards and appreciation for responses.

Re: Using Flexy

2012-07-14 Thread Mike Maslo
Hi reggie all I do is as follows.

First I type out my message and if I want to respond to a particular message I
will just copy it and paste it in and click on send. However if I want to
create a email brand new I type out the message and then click on the favorite
of this group and the message it ready to be sent so all I do is click send. If
you do not see send that would mean the groups email address as you typed it
May be wrong. I have no problem sending emails now. I love this program.

I have this group in "my favorites." When you answered me just now, did you
have to get out of your email, go into Fleksy, type and then find the group

RE: Using Flexy

2012-07-13 Thread Regina Alvarado
Yes, I now have Fleksy too. I have not read destructions yet but will and
have all night to play! I have waited for this since I listened to the
podcast on applevis! Glad everyone is writing reviews. The first time I
tried to get the app I saw no reviews. The reviews are growing by the
minute. That will encourage the developer to make it even better.

iTunes almost did not let me get the app. My apple ID had changed. Will
give a plug to Sprint here. I called customer support and the gentleman
told me all I had to do was put in the 3-digit code on the back and leave
everything else as nothing had changed. Worked like a charm! (smiles) Off
to eat and then play!

Re: Using Flexy

2012-07-13 Thread Mike Maslo
This is my first email using new software and have gone from typing five words
a minute to thirty words a minute.
I even know how to write and put a line between paragraphs.
This is a awesome application and well worth my money.

Using Flexy

2012-07-13 Thread Carol Pearson
This is my first test using flexy. It is a revolutionary programme designed for
blind people to type on the iPhone. I am not doing too badly. I like it a lot
but don't know how much I will use it.
