Hi,

Alex isn't available, even if you're jailbroken. The closest you can
get is to replace some of the sounds with Alex talking - E.G. instead
of the charging sound you could have Alex say device charging, but you
still wouldn't actually have the Alex voice on your device; just the
sound files of him talking.
