Did you set up your mail account on your iPhone then? Have you ever successfully gotten mail on your iPhone? Since you're using POP, do you have your PC set to remove the messages from the server once you've downloaded them? If so then it's possible there just aren't any messages left on the server when you go to check this from your iPhone. What email provider are you using, and are you using IMAP or POP? Are you doing this over cellular data or wifi? Is there anything you did to your phone on Thursday that may be related?
