Are you on a mac or PC? Are using gmail imap? Did your spam folder on your computer work before you set up your email on your iPhone? Hi. i'm on a pc. I didn't have a spam folder for some reason when I set up my work account. it didn't transfer. H, do some email clients have an option to subscribe to certain mailboxes/folders? I've heard of this. Maybe you are just not subscribed to this spam mailbox on your computer. I also have one more thought. If you don't even want t see your spam folder, somewhere in gmail you can sort of unsubscribe to the spam folder. I think it's in settings then labels. Hi all. I just added another account which is my work account to my phone. I have a spam folder that has a lot of messages and am wondering how to delete all of them at once. Hi, Unless I'm mistaken, there's no select all function in mail messages list. To emulate this, you'd tap edit button, then select individual emails and deleting them at once.
