 Hi Bill,

The control panel includes various lights and an LCD panel to indicate the
 status of the printer:

When your ink is low or expended, or paper runs out, or a problem occurs, a
message appears on the LCD, and the lights on the control panel come on or
 flash.

 What is the error message?
 Or what lights are flashing?

 Cheers,
 Ronni

 Hi Ronnie,
The two orange lights next to the on/off button are flashing,I think one is
the ink and other paper lights.
There is a message Service call error 150c
Please contact to the repair center

I have tried disconnecting the power and the computer connection,
 Cheers,

 Hi Bill,

You are correct, the light nearest the Power Button is ŒPaper Light¹ the other
 is ŒInk Light¹.
Check you have paper in the Printer. Check you don¹t have a paper jam?

The Message ³Service Call Error 150c Please Contact The Repair Center²² can
mean the Print Head is Locked.
Remove all protective materials from the print head to release it.

Or it can mean a fatal error has occurred.
Turn the Printer Off, leave it for awhile, then turn it on again.

If the message appears again, note the Code and Contact Epson.
