Good news. I was able to get Xcode installed on my PowerBook and
compile Warzone. The current 2.0 code builds and runs okay. I don't
have time to test it extensively, especially to see if it can load my
old save games (since they are on another computer which is in storage
right now) and to see how far into the campaign it can go before
crashing.
But at least we can put up a 2.0.8 Mac version to see what bugs exist in it.

Well, will we release it then, without the mac build, or wait?

Apply r1579 to 2.0 to fix the progress bars first.
Done in r2433.
Great, thanks! That was one thing that always bothered me about 2.0.
Releaseing 2.0.8 with the current changes to the 2.0 branch, as
mentioned in the changelog at least, is fine with me. In fact I think
it's more than just fine with me, IMO it's a good idea.
I am still without a home and therefore cannot use my Power Mac to
determine how far away 2.0 is from working on the Mac, but the last
time I tried it was very broken and nobody was able to help me track
down the changes that caused the crashes. Sorry that I can't work on
it now - it will have to wait until I find a home.
