(as in, always allow people to pick whatever map choice they want, and it will always swap positions...) Or perhaps make the host pick whatever teams / positions? For 1230, I wouldn't call that a showstopper, annoying, yes, but not a showstopper. AFAIK, that has to do with when the game updates.
