Hello Florian, *, on https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Website/Web_Sites_services, there are links to two different identi.ca groups below https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Website/Web_Sites_services#Social_Media: libreoffice (linked to http://identi.ca/group/libreoffice) and docufoundation (linked to http://identi.ca/group/docufoundation). If I click on these links, I get a message á la quote Cannot GET /group/$groupname /quote ... :( Do you know, if this groups still exists (or maybe identi.ca only changed the path for them)? Or do these groups no longer exist and can be removed from the table? Or is it only a problem on my system ;? [libreoffice-website] Reminder about general organization meeting
Hello Website team, This is a reminder about my mail on a general organization meeting. I think that it's important that Website and Marketing teams share before the release to be on the same path and make sure we are ready all together for this big release :) You'll find my original mail below, please add you name and chose a date on Doodle! Hi all, In order to try to have the best organization for the release of 4.2.0 that will happen in February, I would like to organize a meeting between all the projects concerned to make sure we don't forget anything or miss some deadlines and coordinate well together. It would be good to have this meeting during RC1 period (16 to 22 of December) so we have still some time left before the final release. I've set a Doodle here : http://doodle.com/sqkyaaeb5aaigarq We will use the marketing channel on IRC and it would be really great if we could have people representative from : - design team - marketing team - QA team - localization team - native language team and members who administrate website in their language - developer team - documentation team, I'm not sure this team is really concerned but feel free to join :) If I miss somebody don't hesitate to tell me :) And please follow up the discussion on the *marketing list*. I will provide an agenda of the meeting on the wiki next week, where you'll be able to add the points you want us to discuss. I would like to keep it short for all teams and we will do another meeting if one team feels it's necessary. Thanks all in advance for your participation! [libreoffice-website] Extensions-Template-Site with new Spam Protection
Hello, the LibreOffice extensions- and templates site experienced a lot of spam the last two weeks. There were about 100 to 200 new entries per day in our ticket system which we get via the forms for an account request. Because it was an exhausting situation to handle all this new tickets I decided that the sites need a new technique to fight the spam. I got some good hints from the Plone community and started working on a new form. I used another add-on with a field that presents questions to the user and looks for the right answer. I added also a hidden field to the form that had to be blank (robots tend to fill that hidden field). The new forms are in place now and working fine. I hope that will make our life a bit easier ;-) Regards, Andreas -- ## Developer LibreOffice ## Freie Office-Suite für Linux, Mac, Windows ## http://LibreOffice.org ## Support the Document Foundation (http://documentfoundation.org) ## Meine Seite: http://www.amantke.de -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: website+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/website/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted

[libreoffice-website] Donate/DL page: Please change DonatePage.DLOptional to read find the additional buttons on the right
Hi *, [please send translations only to me, general comments only to the website@global.libreoffice.org list - l10n list is just FYI] as you might have noticed or not, but for a while already the Buttons that are added to the donate page (to which one is redirected to when a download is started) are placed to the right of the explanatory text for english (and since now also for german). Having the text click the link in case the DL doesn't start automatically, find optional downloads on the right first (esp. the first part) makes it more clear that donation is optional / that the download will start/is possible without having to donate anything. So please change the translation of 'DonatePage.DLOptional' to read the equivalent of 'You can find the optional downloads on the right.' (instead of .. on the left) Feel free to replace the language-code and the translation in the following line and send it directly to me. $lang['en_US']['DonatePage']['DLOptional'] = 'You can find the optional downloads on the right.'; I'll individually switch the languages over to the new order as translations come in, until most of the translations did arrive (then I'll switch unconditionally) Thanks a lot, ciao Christian -- To unsubscribe e-mail to: website+unsubscr...@global.libreoffice.org Problems? http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/mailing-lists/how-to-unsubscribe/ Posting guidelines + more: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/global/website/ All messages sent to this list will be publicly archived and cannot be deleted
