It should be made clear on the Get Help pages (https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/) whether feature requests should be raised as bugs (if so, should we use any special tags?), or whether there's some other preferred way to handle them. Bug: there's no sign up link or instructions on the login page (http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center/wrap-unwrap-insert-copied-row-or-column-and-paste-value/login_form and similar).
