which operating system is this?

something is happening after the 'record generation will be attempted in 
'software'" message.

set debug=1 in weewx.conf then try again.  that should provide more 
information.

also, please post the [FineOffsetUSB] section of your weewx.conf

does the station communicate via usb, or is the usb port only for power?  
(what does the documentation in the station say?)

when you say that the galaxy s7 found it, is that using bluetooth or using 
usb?

the te923 driver communicates using usb, not bluetooth.

Hi there,

Thank you for replying.

Thats on a raspbian. The debug was already set to 1.

[FineOffsetUSB]
model = WH3081
polling_interval = 60
driver = weewx.drivers.fousb

In the meantime I resetted the panel (removed batteries and disconnected
USB cable), and upgraded the weewx to latest (weewx_3.6.0-1_all.deb).
It is now working, but it maybe will happen again.
