Re: [Wicket-user] Problem with tree width
Matej, Instead of using floats and background images, would it be possible for the tree to use real img/ tags with a set width? I'm not 100% positive, but I think the floats are what prevent overflow: scroll from working properly. Re: [Wicket-user] Problem with tree width
Indeed, floats are the problem. Unfortunately, I'm not sure images are better solution. The problem is that for line and junction images spans are used with background-image set. The advantage is that the image can be repeated (line) and it also can be centered vertically (junction). Possible solution could be img tags with transparent image and the real image specified using background-image, just as current spans do. It would be worth trying, however due to lack of time I can't do that right now. -Matej Karl M. Re: [Wicket-user] Problem with tree width
When I created that very first tree component for Wicket, I started out with nested lists. Not only was it a pain to get the CSS right, but also, I could not find a way to separate node links (selecting a note) from junction links (folding and unfolding without selecting). It is not that important for now, I was just trying to know if the problem was on my side or on the wicket platform. Thanks for your help and I'm pleased to know someone better than me is working on that issue. I'm not really a master in CSS!
