After updating to version r48711 of the SemanticMediaWiki extension for
MediaWiki 1.15.x dates are rendered WITHOUT months. This is for Mediawiki
1.15.1 running in Spanish. Meaning, in the previous version, this call
nowiki{{#ask:
[[Category:X]] [[X::X]]
| ?Date of something
| format=template
| template=X
| limit=3
}}/nowiki
produced the date of some event according to the template as nowiki[day] de
[month] de [year]/nowiki. After the update it just rendered as
nowiki[day] de de [year]/nowiki. This happened for several call on
several templates. Changes in date formats didnt help at all. I reverted to the
previous version, but I'm sure the error can be replicated.

Suggestion: While I wouldn't want external links in the edit summary, but I
think it would be great if links with {{fullurl:}} could work in the edit
summary. This would allow to easily link stuff within the own wiki and some of
the interwikis, but not make it possible to link spam in the edit summary.

'disallow', 'blockautopromote' );
That is, the permissions 'block', 'degroup' and 'rangeblock' should be removed
from this array.
This is set globally.

But it does not fully fix the problem, because this recognizes the hyphen, -, but not the HTML minus sign, −. Columns of type numeric do not recognize minus signs, either. A more comprehensive solution to this is to substitute characters for entity references in ts_resortTable before the preprocessor is called (or maybe even before the preprocessor is chosen).
