I generate the dump on a CentOS 5 with php 5.1.6 and MediaWiki v1.13.2, zipped it and sent it to my Windows 7 / Windows 2003 boxes. These actions aren't disabled for technical reasons. It's more a matter of
whether or not you want MediaWiki itself applying blocks and rangeblocks to
suspicious edits.

It would be near impossible to add them to SiteMatrix. I'm not sure if SUL would be feasible either, or if it'd be worth the effort. SUL is not feasible, because the prototype wikis would need to access the shared centralauth database, which lives on the main cluster. Then, this technology messes up with users who dont use javascript, they have to follow a link to see the page content. It hurts usability and the eqality point in good web design. At last, the content is loaded after all the scripts are run. Every Gadget which should act to the page doesnt work at diffs, mostly critisized the section-edit-movement. It does three things: 1. Adds a line css to actually fix Bug 3770 (Sorry, I had forgotten to paste it there as well) 2. Fixes a problem, where the box size would be slighty higher if the image thumb has a height of less than 8px 3. Normalize the calculation of the vertical padding to be exactly the same one as the horizontal padding. There is also no Back element for those who, say, wish to reread a part of the tutorial. Of this equals a large potential for confusion, even among veteran users of MediaWiki and/or Commons, as to how to navigate through the UploadWizard. Lately at frwiki we had to block dozens of proxies a day because they were used by a banned user. His range of IP address is already blocked and for most of the proxies he used we could trace back to him using the XFF headers.
