I have never made a secret of it, that I chose adding functionality over producing neat code or restructuring. It was mostly an after hours project before I joined WMF, and at WMF a heap of new information requests got priority. Doing this with state of the art software engineering techniques could have kept a small department busy. Navigate to the web-updater (w/mw-config/), I don't have SSH access to the server 9. Select nl (Dutch/Nederlands) again (first page) 10. When using action=flow-parsoid-utils, meta tags produced by Parsoid located at
the top of the content are not included in API output.

This is important for the Articles for creation helper script on enwiki to
function properly (ideally we wouldn't be hijacking a Flow tool in the first
place, but until parsoid.wmflabs.org has HTTPS support...).
