What has changed between what Niklas wrote in comment #7 and now is that a full scap deployment was done which rebuilds the localization caches and sawiki switched from the 1.24wmf5 branch to the 1.24wmf6 branch. In theory the daily LocalisationUpdate job should have propagated these translation changes earlier. In practice I think we have seen similar issues where the LocalisationUpdate job doesn't actually update all of the languages/keys.
