Sorry, the original complaint was:

There was a problem with dump script (since fixed), so the dump may
indeed be broken. CCing Ariel to take a look. Probably needs to be
re-run or we can just wait for the next one.

far as I see everywhere in the api we use "claims", not "statements" (also in

fixed. If you want to change the everything in the Wikibase API to use

  The idea for the change is to replace runLast hint with more complicated 
logic. So there are 3 steps:
  
  - first 'most probable optimal' placement to allow for 
EmptyLabelServiceOptimizer to see the variables to process.
  - then EmptyLabelServiceOptimizer adds statement patterns for resolutions.
  - and then additional optimizer step rearranges LabelService to the latest 
possible step before any clauses, which might use the variables bound by 
LabelService.
  
  All tests in LabelServiceUnitTest (including new specific testcase from this 
bug) are passing, but I think it might take some additional tuning to properly 
support all 'real-life' usage scenarios. For example FILTER clauses, including 
those which are written above service calls and binds. These might also need 
additional rearrangement.
  I have not applied them yet, as this might become a waterfall, which will 
rearrange the clauses to much.

  That is what happened. There was a number on the icon but clicking it showed 
//No notifications//. But now it does give me the notifications, although only 
the new ones and not any of my past notifications on Wikidata. The opposite of 
what Reedy said he's experiencing above. When I open the notification tab, I 
see a flash of the old notifications before they go away and only the new ones 
show. I can't replicate this on other wikis yet.

TASK DESCRIPTION
  I don't know about many statements that need manual ordering, but one without 
any clear and concise ordering is d:authors 
 of articles used as references. 
Often there are some reasoning behind who's first (real authors) and who's last 
(honorables) in the list of authors, but that reasoning is not usually visible 
anywhere.
  
  We could perhaps add a generic index, but that would be pretty awkward.
  
  Adding this for Wikidata, there are way to many tags for Wikibase… Someone 
find the right tag!

Hi, Adam --

We're quite interested in the time your Wikidata load took on
Virtuoso, as it seems rather slow, given our experience with
other large (and much larger!) data sets.

The hardware information you provided focused primarily on the 
processors -- but RAM and disk details are much more important 
to data loads.

Also, there are some significant Virtuoso configuration settings
(in the INI file) which have an impact.

We'd like to get the info that would let us fill in the blanks
on this spreadsheet (itself a work in progress), so we can do 
some analysis, and likely provide some tuning hints that would 
bring the Virtuoso Wikidata load time down significantly.

  I think opening an EasyList issue 
 has a decent chance of 
success, but that should probably be left up to the website operator 
(@pdehaye). The only Wikibase docker install that’s “““ours””” that I can think 
of right now is Wikibase Registry 
, which isn’t broken (because 
it’s on an older version, I assume), so we don’t really have a case to argue

  So I think we can require `.data-bridge-enabled` on some descendant of the 
``, such as the `` (easy to implement in wikitext, probably slightly 
annoying to implement for us); on some parent of the ``, such as a 
``/`` or a `` (probably slightly annoying to implement in 
wikitext, easy to implement for us); or both (maximum flexibility for wikitext 
authors, probably somewhat annoying to implement for us).
  
  We could also continue to allow `.data-bridge-enabled` on the `` itself, 
but if it’s not possible to generate such links in MediaWiki I don’t really see 
the point unless we get it for free (which I don’t think is likely – there’s no 
CSS selector for “class on this element or a child/descendant” as far as I 
know).

  I think I’ve discovered a problem while preparing an example on the 
documentation draft 
.
 Currently, enwiki’s Module:WikidataIB 
 `createicon` function uses 
plain image links to create the icon, with something like this:

  (I assume other wikis’ infobox modules work similarly, but I didn’t check.) 
You can add a `|class=data-bridge-enabled` parameter to that, but this results 
in the `class` being added to the //`` element//, not the surrounding 
`` element. So if we search for `a.data-bridge-enabled` we won’t find it.
  
  In fact, MediaWiki has no built in way to add link attributes 
, so we can’t require the 
`class="data-bridge-enabled"` on the `` element directly, as far as I 
understand.

  In order to separate the boundaries within our code better, it might make 
sense to have a dedicated presentation/ directory that contains our vue

  Apparently, babel does not use `.browserlistrc` to which polyfills to 
include. This might mean that we might be missing polyfills or include some 
polyfills that we don't need. The former would lead to broken js for some of 
our users, the latter to an increased filesize, which would be esp. significant 
as the init javascript will always be loaded on all wikis.

  Agree with @alaa_wmde that no requirement's yet been made out for having 
structured data on EntitySchemas within Wikidata.   But it would be useful to 
have the EntitySchemas themselves (not surrogate items for them) represented in 
WDQS, so that they can  be queried.  That is the subject of ticket T225701 
 "Add EntitySchemas to the Query 
Service".

  I see your point. But I think too much generalization can be at fault here 
and would lead to undesirable coupling on conceptual level between schemas and 
entities.
  
  In this task, we only need to link to them so far. Theree's no clear need nor 
requirement for having structured data on EntitySchemas within Wikidata itself. 
That could change of course, and even then it would probably be cleaner for 
entity schemas to keep their own domain that does not inherit from Wikibase 
domain. Then Wikidata can represent those schemas with items to have some 
structured data on them .. this will allow entity schemas to come, be stored 
and develop freely from being bound to Wikibase DataModel (and therefore, 
pragmatically, its software tech stack & choices).
