Re: [zeromq-dev] FOSDEM 2020 ZeroMQ gathering/meetup/hackaton/knitting club on Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th February 2020

2020-02-02 Thread Ivan Serdyuk
People,
could you discuss options for giving a talk (related to ZeroMQ), at other
conferences, during this year?
I still wonder who would be interested to give a talk, in Kiev. I think I
got all the dates of the conferences, this year (except, maybe, Embedded
Fest '2020 - it is expected not earlier then end of autumn). Hope after the
FOSSdem you would have some understanding/clarify attitude of motivated
people.

My plan is to go to BrewDog (

I think I might make it there by around 9pm. They also have non-beer drinks
(wine, soft drinks, ...) :)

submitting to https://fwdays.com/en/event/dotnet-fwdays-2020 , for a matter
of covering .NET bindings (C#; F#).

Hi,

I am still somewhat confused about the location of the hackathon. Does the
Hackerspace have a website, or can someone give instructions on how to
access it? I don't even know the name of the place...

Is anyone up for a beer on Saturday or Sunday evening?

Best wishes

I have attended the inauguration event, it was great, I will talk to

I might redo a first workshop there with soldering for kids and adults:

See ya,

PS: I have just received the greenlight for an IOT devroom this year,
tell me if you have some projects for it

2019-08-23 Thread Doron Somech
Can you also add a link to event from the community page on the website?

Maybe we can open the wiki for registration now that is not the main
website.

Hi,

Here's the event page:

http://wiki.zeromq.org/event:zeromq-post-fosdem-hackaton-mon-3-tue-4-feb-2020

The event is free as usual, but it would be nice if folks registered on
the event page or by replying via email here so that we have an idea of
how many to expect. As usual please feel free to list topics you'd like
to discuss/hack/work on.

I'll register it as a FOSDEM fringe event as usual for visibility.

It's a long way out but already can't wait!
