Till From my limited understanding, being sealed by the Holy Spirit of Promise is when the Holy Ghost puts his stamp of approval on the ordinance. This stamp can and will be removed if the person fails to keep the commandments. Nothing is on our page and another member of the stake is the ward administrator. I email her and asked why? I'm going to try and get it going. I home teach the Bishop and Stake President (and Scoutmaster to there boys) and will bring it up to them as nothing is on either.
