I've always associated hard house with towards-ghetto Chicago house, ala the
less tech-y relief stuff. Perfect example in my mind would be DJ Elin's Mad
Cow. Hard house would be ghetto, but minus the ghetto accoutrements (yet
another French misspelling I suppose).

I've seen him at several raves and his style always seems rather funky to
me. It doesn't seem to vary all that much from what I've heard him spin at
clubs. Maybe what I consider hard house differs greatly from whay you guys
consider to be hard house but I would attribute that style and type to

Brian Harden's and Alton Miller's pieces on this 4 tracker are my favorite
so far. This stuff just keeps getting better. It's got soul and and
definitely has the vibe. Jazzy, smooth, deep and it has that hip swinging

It has 6 mixes besides the original (which is the best, imho). The remixes
are by Green Velvet himself, Boo Williams, Paul Johnson, DJ Sneak, Jellybean
and Dj Rush.
It was released in Austria on a label called Yeti Records (???), and
distributed through Sony
Yeti is a Belgian label, closely linked to Music Man since it's also part of
NEWS. Stefaan - T-Quest - Vandenberghe is still largely involved in the
releases that come out on the label.
