Hi -
Hope to see some of you Chicago (313) listmembers at the Subterreanean
tonight. Fellow listmember Dave Siska set it up, and Theorem and I are
both playing live sets.
Doors are at 9:30PM, I believe, and I think I'm playing at 10:30PM.
Cheers,
Bill

He played really deep paperish house when I saw him. Loved every minute.
This was soon after I picked up the Gentleman Thief on Paper and I was
absolutely ready for what he gave me, although for some reason I always
thought he played breaks before that trip. Wasn't he a part of Lionrock or

I'm seeing a lot of listings with Eddie Flashin' Fowlkes on our local
SoCal rave calendars of late. In our current one, he's listed 3 times.
I've also been seeing Juan's name pop up more on event listings of late.
Have the two of them moved out here to L.A. or something?

Don't know about Eddie, but as for Juan, yes, he's in LA now.

Hi Greg-
In a word, yes.

Hi,
I've been kinda wondering what the list thinks about mp3.com artists
notifying the list about updates. I know it fits into the definition of
being on topic, but does it annoy anyone out there?
Well assuming it doesnt, I've uploaded a new track. As always I'd love

To answer your questions...yes it was international. Yes, Detroit was
well represented. Yes, there were women present. There was even
talk about the role women play in techno and the plans to include

As an artist I say post them. We trying to develop our sound and style

My question is does Derrick May have any plans of
doing a full length albumn in the future. He has to
much talent not to.

Forgot this info: the date for Hardware 17 is actually Sat 25 Nov - before
either of the scheduled (and now cancelled) Homelands events.
And so Laurent will still be playing Hardware 17 with Cari Lekebusch at the
Melbourne Docks. It's a stripped down live show - should be fantasique.

On the jaguar tip, the derrick May Mix got an Official release on vinyl on
