I have heard over and over that Black Devil Disco Club doesn't live up
to the hype. Whatever. On payday I bought the '28 After' and 'Devil
In Dub' (you can check out the tracks at http://www.lorecordings.com)
and I've had trouble listening to anything else. It's yet another
take on
Thanks for the id`s! I can`t find Redshape`s remix of Deetron's 'Life
Soundtrack' on discogs, but I really like the track by BenoƮt Pueyo.
I`ll try to hunt for some more tracks from that list. It seems as if
they are alle released on netlabels. Thanks for pointing me to the
tracklist.

Has the full release of this actually surfaced yet? As I understand it it's on
an LP of remixes
afaicr (haven't listened to love thang in a long time), when i first
heard it i put the two together - and i'm usually rubbish at such
things. can't remember whether it's in the intro or not, but there's a
part where it is blindingly obvious - great bit of sampling.

I didn't know it was an LP (thought it was a 12), but I've heard of
this too. There's a Radio Slave mix of life's soundtrack due too. It
was on that radio slave/rekid mix (can't recall the url). Sounded hot.

Being quite strict about it helps to narrow down one's choices - i.e.,
it needs to have been produced and possibly even manufactured in
Detroit. In that case I would choose this (today):

Seconded; City Sounds is excellent stuff.
