evenings called static radio that plays a hell of alot of local music. the

jeff stopped playing because the stations started requiring pre-approved
playlists and it was too much hassle
It has exacerbated the problem definitely, but urban radio in Detroit at
least has been problematic for at least the last 15 years. Both the
Wizard and Mojo lost their jobs because of
you know, just stations getting into more corporate mode and less of a
freeform mode

Australia. I am sure already opportunistic record company reps are trawling
through tapes of Detroit acts now that various Detroit acts are blowing up,
so why Detroit radio should sleep on it is beyond reason. The bias
this letter could be addressed to any detroit radio station. local
bands here are phenomenal, and trudge on despite the lack of love from
commercial radio the dailies. those of you familiar with just the
electronic output from detroit, let me say that the astonishing depth
breadth of talent
