Found that the readme in the web folder is more informative than the top-level
readme.

I want to replace the server machine with a new mac….
The last time I did this, I ran into problems with the 4D server license….
Apparently when I install the server software online, the 4D group, links the
machine I’m installing on to the 4D license…
