4D v13 web service error: -9926

With a somewhat older Mac-based, v13.6-based, 4D application running with legacy Web Application Server license that has been running unaltered for several months any idea why I might be getting a -9926 web service error? I’m noticing some orders are not transmitting (SOAP calls)…don’t see any
