When this problem occurs, maximise the screen (Alt + space bar + X).
Check if any Macro is assigned to the command. Sometime Word
automatically creates some Macro on its own. If there is any then you
have to delete it and had to restart the system to take the action
into effect.

My AVAST Antivirus is blocking certain websites.
Whenever I try to open certain websites, it blocks the site and gives a threat
detected message
One such site is www.nabdelhi.org
I have started facing this problem only after upgrading to the latest version
of AVAST.
