I am Rahul from Kerala. I am in a trial job with a Project Management
Company. My job is to conversion of PNG files in to a neatly formatted
word document.
I used Jaws OCR to read, but it is not reading the PNG file. Friends
there are any solution for reading?
no no no rahul, attachments cant reach on this list. As far as
conversion is concerned, use microsoft document imaging, bundled with
microsoft office. It will give you an option to send it to microsoft
word.

first of all, attachments are not allowed in the list. coming to your
problem, use Kurzweil, fine reader or open book. they can handle PNG
files.

As others have said, you need to use OCR programs. Kurzweil or Openbook will
work. However, Kurzweil at least does not support png files directly. You will
have to use the virtual printer to send the png file to the program.
