It depends upon the type of RP, whether it is Autosomal Dormant,
Autosomal Recessive, or X linked. In addition, it depends upon the
family history. As I've pointed out in my earlier mail, on this
thread, all the answers to your question can be obtained during the
counselling session
How does it matter, whether girl has RP or Boy has RP.
Both make equal genetic contribution, I believe and RP is not linked to s ex
chromosomes.
