they have fixed the technical issue in mobile app platform, Now
concession is available in latest update of mobile app, you can update
IRCTC mobile app from play store and avail concession through mobile
app.
On 5/14/23,
No Amar its already activated and ready to use some time it takes 72 hours
to get activation post gemeration
