There is I think 2 aspects. Firstly the onus of making services
accessible falls on the service providers. It is also essential that
punishment is levied to make the cost of punishment hurt both
financially and good will.
Second aspect is us the beneficiary or users of the service. When
India as a whole is accelaerating in terms of adopting digital and we
in the blind community whole heartedly welcome it. However continuous
digital discriminations makes our life hell specially during pandemic
when we could not use app such as big basket, groffer or spensor just
like everyone
