Yes, it happens because of an additional helpful feature from ms office/ ms windows. I don't remember the setting I had changed to stop this issue, I would right now say that after pasting text avoid using 'ctrl key' for a few minutes you may use JAWS key or any modifier key. I will reply if I

Dear List Members, When I copy text from web page or FS Reader and paste it in MS Word, various prompts crop up such as 'keep source formatting', 'set default paste' and copy more from this web page. It hinders the task of pasting text in Word document and causes disturbance in usual functioning.
