A friend is facing a strange problem. Jaws says blank when the alt key is
pressed for menu. It happens when the virtual ribbon is active. If the virtual

I have installed JAWS 14 64-bit on my PC using win7 ultimate,after
installation/during the installation, JAWS hasn't/isn't speaking, the sighteds
makeout the jaws on the screen and they can toggle with various jaws menu
options, as regards, audio devices/drivers go, they are perfectly alright
Once I faced same situation, problem solved after re-installation of
windows.
