I am also inneed of call feature of getting connected with customer care for booking service & other services. It will be helpful for all VI persons in all aspects. In such a case, cordination can be happened in any mobile where app is not able to function or comunicate. Thanks

Some of us got together early this year and we have framed the guidelines for Mobile Accessibility practices in collaboration with Center for Internet and Society. Apart from the problems, you could share these practices as a reference document for them.

On IOS, when you book a cab, "call driver button" and "cancel ride button" gets read together and one has to use tryal and error for calling or cancelling the ride as the case may be. This problem was not there in earlier versions. Hope this helps On 11/2/17, Sanjeev Kumar Gandhi
