Apologies for delay response. But if you have guys any idea kindly
help me for the below issues with OLA app.
1. In the app, I feel unconfortable with buttons. Talkback just says
unlable button. Insterd of saying like this, I would be grate if the
buttons are labled with titles. For
I am also inneed of call feature of getting connected with customer care
for booking service & other services.
It will be helpful for all VI persons in all aspects.
In such a case, cordination can be happened in any mobile where app is
not able to function or comunicate.

Hi, why can't a call feature with customer care be availed for VI as
it becomes too difficult to listen to screen readers in crowded areas
usually when we are trying to return home after visiting some where
out at unknown areas as it becomes very difficult to locate our exact
location in the

for Mobile Accessibility practices in collaboration with Center for Internet
and Society.
Apart from the problems, you could share these practices as a reference
document for them.
In android, I find ola money to be completely inaccessible. Also,

On IOS platform, the following issues I am facing with OLA app.
I am unable to recharge my ola money as most/ all of the buttons are
unlabeled.
When trying to book ola shuttle, am able to switch location but but
finds difficult to enter a location and when selecting from the
suggested search
On IOS, when you book a cab, "call driver button" and "cancel ride
button" gets read together and one has to use tryal and error for
calling or cancelling the ride as the case may be.
This problem was not there in earlier versions.

Great initiated by BFI Congrates. Some issue are there in OLA firstly
any promo code apply ride but in uber one time apply promo is velidate
for velidating date second feed back or stars is some problem third
picup location problem
