Would like to understand is there any concession in air travel ? If so how
could I apply?
I am asking for my sister who is traveling to Delhi from Chennai. Is there
any application form to be submitted like we do in rail travel?, and more
over she is a person with low vision.

Jet airways gives 50% concession to disable persons. But to avail this
facility, you have to book the ticket from the counter itself by
producing the disability certificate.
