You can simply enter desktop icon of NVDA or JAWS.

Your best bet to get sound in safemode is with an usb sound device
that uses windows native usb sound drivers.
There is a registry hack floating around the net that enables sound
in safemode and it works down to windows xp

the activation file and click OK. Restart the windows to Safe mode. You
