Dragon NaturallySpeaking can indeed be run without J-say. There are no
significant conflicts with any screen readers. However, a significant number
of tasks in Dragon NaturallySpeaking become exceptionally inconvenient. For

Technically speaking, J-Say supports only the use of DNS (Dragon Naturally
Speaking) with Jaws.
DNS can be used with out J-Say, but its not the most
