review cursor is the new form of flat review which is equivalent to
jaws cursor. in desktop keyboard, you can use shift with number pad 1
to 9 for jaws cursor type reading. in laptop keyboard, i think insert
+ k, l, semi, u, i, o, n, m, . etc should work.
