Hello Ritesh, I'm not blaiming scribe for failure. What i'm saying is if UPSC wants to provide scribe then scribe's reading skills should be checked. Considering the nature of the exam and it's length, scribe should be capable of reading questions at faster rate with appropreate pronunciation.
