using the laptop keyboard layout in NVDA 2014.2 so the shortcut for
you might differ.
Alternatively, in the NVDA menu Preferences submenu Keyboard
Settings you will find a check box to do the same.

Whereas in a desktop, the Insert key works as the NVDA key.

program called Explorer++ that is a free alternative to Windows
Explorer. It is a nice program and that is another workaround this
