I am interested in the case just because of the reasoning of the court
that there is  a long gap between the incident and the complaint, so
if there were some social stigmas and other problems, can't it be
justified that she didn't complain erlier?

You could use a translation program or service such as Google
Translate, located online at translate.google.com/ to get the
translation of the English text in the Telugu language, or whatever
preferred language, for that matter, and then overwrite the English
text in the given document with the translated Telugu, presuming that
editing is enabled for the document.

In my case, doing the required settings with administrator privilage
had solved the issue..
