What about LG phone? I remember that some time back  company was in
the NEWS for manufacturing budget and user friendly mobile phone for
Visually Impaired.

Definitely, Redmi/Xiaomi phones are far better than Vivo or Oppo.

The thing which may concern you is they provide a lot of bloat and adds, 
but if you are somewhat technical user, then you'll be able to easily 
deal with that stuff.


Vivo and Oppo both mess up badly with internal accessibility APIs which 
can sometimes create problems with screen readers.


Also, if you are beginning in this space, then I'd recommend you to go 
with stock android instead of custom skins.
