I use Jabra Soundlink evolve 20MS, it costs around 5k and I haven't
used a more comfortable headset before. It works on USB as well as
3.5mm connection.

You can direct your JAWS output to some other output device like a
bluetooth speaker (if you have one), this should minimize the audio in zoom
when you are using headphone mic and the speaker at moderate volume. I am
