I am using two thinkpad personally, i.e. X270 and X13. Both are working fantastic with out any accessibility challange. However with the time, one issue develops with thinkpad searies laptops, some of its keypad keys stops working eventually. So far as the matter of deal is concern, i think you got a decent deal for 23k, given the fact it is 7th gen laptop which is outdated as of now. Hi, I have used ThinkPad for many years. It is a rugged and robust machine. Even after 10 years one of my Thinkpad is being used by someone I gave to. In terms of accessibility the models I have seen have physical audio volume, mute, wi-fi buttons. It is mostly constructed in such a way that parts can be easily replaced when required.
