I just heard that the supreme court of India pronounced a judgment on 14th
January, 2020 in a similar case of reservation in promotion in the matter of
Sidaraju Vs. the state of Karnatka. So far, I have not been able to lay my
hands on that judgment if any such judgment exists. Maybe, our
Slowly, people are getting the conformation mails on there inbox.
