Hi Yakui,
I applied the custom DSDT on a 2.6.29-rc1 kernel and it works . The brightness
level limits are respected when pressing the brightness level up and down keys.

the directory /proc/acpi/fan exists but it's empty.
Executing sudo acpidump produces some checksum errors:

I can confirm this bug also exists on an ASUS P4S533 board, with kernel
2.6.27.9. I've reverted the rtc code to 2.6.26.6 and all is working fine. Using
