The call trace is related to the way in which syslog is read (the reading
process is supposed to have CAP_SYSLOG, but it has CAP_SYS_ADMIN only).

That doesn't seem like an ideal solution. Exposing rfkill devices that don't
exist in hardware will confuse userspace, so we do ideally need to figure out
why _CFG is breaking brig
