Not in v3.12, but in v3.13-rc2 works. There is another problem. After some
Fn-UP, Fn-Down, brightness changing becomes very slow. "echo SOMELEVEL >

Tested with the xev command and it sees "KeymapNotify event" for FN-up/down
keys after +- 3 seconds.

Correction: acpi_video0 is SOMETIMES working well in v3.12 kernel. So always
only with intel_backlight I get working backlight control by "echo" or by
