You'r right. The filesystem is a 250GB NTFS which is mounted with read and write permissions.

Hi, TSM for Linux will not backup unknown filesystems such NTFS, BtrFS and EXT4 EXT4 and BtrFS will work better in TSM Client 6.2. But as a workaround you need to setup a VirtualFS for does partitions and then will TSM BA Client start back them up without any issues. Best Regards Christian

In my environment we get that when server OLORIN was cloned from an image of NIROLO. Both servers have the same nodename value their dsm.sys (Unix) or dsm.opt (Windows) file. The name change occurs when the scheduling daemon or process checks with the TSM server. Fix the dsm.opt/dsm.sys file or
