clients are using? Features like journaling backups or VSS support are things

I've configured a SQL backup in a clustered environment using TDP for SQL
V5.5.3. Everything seems fine until the schedule kicks off, it goes into a
pending state then fails wih RC1. Anyone now if there's any difference in this
setup compared to previous SQL versions on Win 2003Servers?

All I can say is what I've observed...

(it's part of TSM webclient configuration) - you must do it.
Also node EXCHANGE2010 must have administrator with Client owner

finally we have got managed to define a rule in MS ForeFront which
allows incoming and outgoing traffic from ports 1590 and 1591 which have
been defined within the TSM client configuration using the 'webports'
option as you recommended. After a TSM CAD process restart all is
working now
